Job description
We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our UX Design team within the Product organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex design challenges and is passionate about creating intuitive, delightful digital experiencesโespecially in the financial services space.
You will play a key role in designing and optimizing user experiences for online loan and account applications. Your work will directly impact how users interact with our digital products, helping to streamline critical financial workflows while adding moments of delight through thoughtful UI, visual, and interaction design.
Key Responsibilities
Design, prototype, and test user experiences for digital financial products, with a focus on optimizing online loan and bank account applications.
Create intuitive, visually engaging, and user-friendly interfaces that align with business goals and user needs.
Collaborate with developers, product teams, and clients to iterate on design solutions.
Present design concepts and decisions to internal stakeholders and defend design rationale.
Participate in grooming sessions with development teams to ensure high-quality implementation.
Use design tools to produce storyboards, prototypes, and templates for user testing and demonstrations.
Review proposed product changes for alignment with UX standards and suggest improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree and 2โ4 years of relevant professional experience (or equivalent work experience).
Ability to work independently on moderately complex problems and contribute to more advanced projects.
Strong judgment and decision-making skills within defined procedures and practices.
Experience applying user input and expert knowledge to inform design decisions.
Ability to build productive working relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
Familiarity with design tools and methods for creating and testing user experiences. (Figma and Axure preferred)

Salary range of $98,900 - $141,200. [It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.] The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law including geographical location.
