Your role at Hostinger
Video producer in the creatives team. As part of Hostinger’s video team, you’ll be responsible for:
Defining direction, messaging, technical implementation outline for various video ads.
Reviewing performance metrics for video ads and suggesting hypotheses to test out in order to improve it (In-depth PPC knowledge not needed, but proactive initiative is a must).
Be a senior creative in the production of various video advertising assets, ensuring efficient technical implementation of ideas.
Producing impactful commercial video advertising assets from idea to delivery, while collaborating with an inspiring and driven creatives team.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely design, copy, project management teams as well as product teams and PPC.

Your day-to-day
Hands on and delegation based work in moving projects forward.
Active participation in team and project related meetings, bringing ideas, workflow suggestions.
Giving and receiving feedback and working in iterations to make the advertising assets even better.
Active ideation and “hustling” to find fast, more efficient ways to produce impactful ad concepts / hooks.
Your skills and experience
Video generalist (Familiar on a good level with all aspects of video production) - how to film, how to light the scene, manipulate footage with VFX / Editing. Knowledge and ability to animate.
Ability to do sound design.Advertising knowledge (YT ad structures, funnels, purchase flows, Google Biases).
Ability to hassle and “cut corners” in production.
Being able use know-how to reach video results (AI, Setting up a shoot, applying VFX)An Ideator.
Not afraid to think of ideas, have the skill to do so. have an ideation process defined.
Know how to think of / write advertising messages and be able to challenge and collaborate with the copy team.
A brave context giver: able to pitch his ideas with relevant context, not afraid to be challenged by stakeholders.
