We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in executive assistance to join our client’s team and take their operations to the next level.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:
Provide high-level administrative support to executives, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.
Conduct research and coordinate projects (e.g., researching ADA requirements for a hotel project, identifying commercial insurance providers, etc.).
Handle ad hoc executive assistant duties and miscellaneous administrative tasks.
Maintain organization and follow-up to ensure no tasks fall through the cracks.
Manage sensitive financial and business information with discretion and integrity.
Mid-level or senior-level executive assistant experience.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity and confidentiality, especially when dealing with financial information.
Fluent or conversational English is a huge plus.
Based in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Must have a car for occasional local travel and errands.
Ability to provide professional references validating prior financial experience.
Work from home;
Payment in dollars per working hour (40-hour week);
Competitive pay based on experience ($15/hour entry-level; $20–$25/hour or more for experienced candidates).
