NeoWork is currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide remote administrative and operational support to our clients, allowing them to focus on their core business functions.
As an innovative BPO company, NeoWork is dedicated to offering exceptional virtual assistance services to our clients. As a Virtual Assistant, you will handle various administrative tasks, such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, arranging travel, handling email and phone communications, and assisting with document preparation.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
Manage calendars and schedule appointments
Arrange travel and accommodations
Handle email and phone communications
Assist with document preparation and data entry
Perform research and compile information
Conduct internet research and market analysis
Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed
At least 3+ years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in using productivity tools and office software
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Owned computer or laptop and stable internet connectivity.
Knowledgeable in Office 360, Google Apps, and client-facing communication.
We provide comprehensive training for all candidates, regardless of their background or previous experience as a VA.
The work hours generally align with standard business hours in the US, with some potential flexibility depending on the client’s needs.
This is a 100% home-based position
