NeoWork is excited to welcome a proactive and customer-centric Client Services Representative to our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive exceptional service throughout their journey with us.
As a Client Services Representative, you will take on the responsibility of building and maintaining strong client relationships, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your ability to communicate effectively and professionally will be key in helping to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Monitor client accounts and ensure satisfaction by resolving issues proactively
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service
Document client interactions and maintain accurate records of communications in our systems
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to enhance client satisfaction
Stay informed about product and service updates to provide accurate and relevant information to clients
3 years of solid experience in a client services, customer support, or related role
Team management or subject matter experience is a plus
Experience in legal services, law firms, or paralegal companies or industries is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
Proficient in using customer service software and tools
Comfortable using technology and adapting to new systems quickly
Passion for providing exceptional client experiences and delivering results

This is a 100% home-based position
