You will be responsible for the alignment of our sales, marketing, and customer success functions, and for building the operational foundation that enables consistent and scalable revenue growth. This is a highly cross-functional role, requiring you to partner with executive leaders to develop and execute our go-to-market strategy, manage our revenue tech stack, and foster a data-driven culture.
The Impact U will make:
Lead Our Revenue Strategy & Forecasting
- Champion Our Compensation & Incentive Design. You will lead the annual design and iteration of our compensation plans, ensuring they are competitive, fair, and directly aligned with our company’s revenue goals and growth targets.
- Own and refine our revenue forecasting process for sales and expansion, developing accurate short and long-term forecasts that guide our business decisions.
- Utilize both historical data and forward-looking indicators to build a robust and reliable forecasting model.
Optimize Our Tech Stack & GTM Processes
- Serve as the owner of our entire revenue tech stack, including systems like Salesforce, Pardot, and SalesLoft. You will ensure these platforms are not just functional, but are a source of competitive advantage.
- Streamline GTM processes and drive operational efficiency by implementing performance KPIs and automating key workflows.
- Lead initiatives to improve data integrity and automation, ensuring our teams have the insights they need to make better decisions and increase productivity.
Drive Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to leadership across sales, marketing, customer success, and finance.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Revenue Operations team that includes our RFP Manager, Sales Ops Analyst, and BDRs.
- Champion a company-wide culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
What U bring:
- 12+ years of progressive experience in revenue operations or sales operations, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
- Demonstrable expertise in compensation design and administration. You have a proven track record of creating, implementing, and managing sales compensation plans that motivate teams and drive business results.
- A proven track record of driving significant revenue growth through operational excellence and strategic leadership.
- A deep, strategic understanding of GTM funnels, key metrics, and forecasting methodologies.
- Expert-level knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce) and other key revenue platforms.
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in data visualization and reporting.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills with a history of influencing cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
