We are seeking a skilled Water Utilities Engineer to join our growing team and support water utility projects remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and oversee water treatment, distribution, and supply systems.
- Conduct hydraulic modeling, pressure analysis, and system simulations to optimize performance.
- Perform site assessments, feasibility studies, and technical evaluations for water infrastructure projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders, providing technical expertise from design through execution.
- Review and approve project plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Support ongoing maintenance and optimization of existing water systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in water utility engineering, focusing on distribution systems and treatment processes.
- Proficiency in hydraulic modeling tools (e.g., EPANET, WaterCAD, AutoCAD).
- Deep understanding of water distribution design, hydraulic principles, and treatment methods.
- Knowledge of regulatory and environmental requirements in the water sector.
- PE license preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work remotely.
