  • Collaborate with engineering, data, and MarTech teams to define technical solutions, integrations, and platform improvements.
  • Identify and mitigate cross-team risks, blockers, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Track and report on project progress, risks, and performance metrics to ensure clarity and accountability.
  • Maintain project tools and systems (Asana, Jira, Google Workspace) to keep workflows organized.
  • Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for website management, including QA, deployments, and updates.
  • Assist in budget planning and resource allocation for outsourced work and vendor engagements.

Your Professional Profile

  • Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
  • Experience writing and managing the RFP process with agencies, ensuring alignment with business needs and budget.
  • 4+ years of experience in website operations, program management, or a related role.
  • Solid understanding of website development processes, content management systems, and digital best practices.
  • Strong technical understanding of website development processes and MarTech ecosystems.
  • Experience managing external agencies, vendors, and contractors.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and process optimization.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements and ensure clear communication between stakeholders and engineering teams.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Trello) and web CMS platforms.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Bonus Points for

  • Experience with budgeting and contract/vendor negotiations.
  • Knowledge of agile workflows and sprint-based project management.
  • Experience working closely with engineering leadership to align on technical roadmaps and priorities.
