The Workfront Administrator is responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of Workfront and supporting user needs. With a strong focus on user experience, you’ll help resolve issues, lead onboarding activities, and contribute to ongoing system improvements. The role will work closely with our Lead Workfront Architect, development team, Workfront training team, and the business to understand and develop solutions collaboratively.
They will demonstrate excellent knowledge of the Workfront application and a keen interest on its ongoing development and how to leverage for business advantage. The Workfront Administrator will provide support to resolve technical issues and user support queries.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and resolve incoming user tickets, ensuring timely and effective support.
- Trouble-shoot user or system issues and implements solutions.
- Provide hyper-care support following releases, configuration changes, and onboarding efforts.
- Lead and support user demos and office hours to drive adoption and awareness of platform changes.
- Update user training materials and documentation in alignment with system enhancements and best practices in collaboration with the Workfront training team.
- Collaborate with the Workfront Architect, developers, and training team to build, test, and deliver new workflows, capabilities, and integrations.
- Monitor system performance, usage trends, and adoption to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed on current and upcoming Workfront product releases and industry best practices to continuously improve system usage.
- Continually improve your craft as an Administrator for Workfront through continuous learning while leveraging the latest platform releases, solution patterns and best practices, related business principles and technology.
About you:
- 3+ years of experience working as a Workfront Administrator.
- Workfront Core Developer Certified (Professional or Expert) strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Workfront administration and configuration best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve both technical and user-related issues.
- A self-motivated technology enthusiast who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled at learning new workflows independently.
- Strong customer service, change management, written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional, geographically diverse teams to implement complex business solutions.
- Experience implementing and supporting technical security and compliance best practices.
- Familiarity with agile and waterfall delivery frameworks.
- Be comfortable in an uncertain environment and help create certainty.
$100,000 - $120,000 a year
