Title: B-CPT-9982 Bilingual Real Estate Calling VA
Independent Contractor – Business Support VA/Junior-Senior Level (Remote).
Overview
20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
Client is seeking a Bilingual (English-Spanish) Calling VA to handle real estate lead follow-ups for rental properties. The VA will receive forwarded leads and contact them to answer basic questions about available listings, gather renter details, and encourage them to schedule a showing.
When bilingual call volume is low, the VA may assist with general English-language real estate calls or follow-ups as directed.
The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.
Scope of Services
Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:
Lead Follow-Up & Qualification
Call back Spanish-speaking rental prospects using the Mojo Dialer or forwarded phone leads.
Communicate property details clearly (location, price, availability, amenities).
Ask qualifying questions (move-in date, budget, number of occupants, etc.).
Encourage prospects to schedule a showing or express interest in clients available properties.
Communication & Documentation
- Record call notes and lead outcomes in provided tracking sheets or CRM.
- Follow up on warm leads or reschedule calls as needed.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with all prospects.
- Forward key inquiries or booking requests to the client for confirmation.
Additional Support (as needed)
- Assist with English-language real estate calls when bilingual tasks are limited.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and call results.
Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
Skills
The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales calling, real estate, or customer service preferred.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Clear, confident, and professional speaking voice (Level A or B accent).
- Experience with Mojo Dialer or similar calling platforms (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, organized, and results-oriented.
- Comfortable working independently during evening hours.
APPLICATION SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE/REQUIRED TOOLS
- 2+ years of experience in sales calling, real estate, or customer service preferred.

Work Schedule
- Contracted Hours per Week: 10 Hours
- Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
- Daily Working Time: 6:00 PM-8:00 PM EST (evening shift)
Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
Terms of Engagement
- Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
- This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
- All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
