CPT-10245 Marketing & Content Coordinator

Independent Contractor – [Marketing VA/Senior - Advanced Level] (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

Example: A strategic growth consulting firm is seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a short-term data cleanup project within HubSpot CRM. This role involves auditing and cleansing existing contact and company records to enhance data accuracy, segmentation, and future automation capabilities. The position is project-based with potential for additional work after the initial scope is completed.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

Weekly Marketing & Content Creation

  • Create and schedule 3–5 social media posts weekly across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with brand colors, voice, and messaging.

  • Produce 2–3 reels per week using existing video clips.

  • Design branded graphics, flyers, and templates in Canva.

  • Repurpose speaking clips, interviews, and thought-leadership content into high-quality posts and videos.

  • Maintain consistent posting cadence and basic engagement with the audience (likes, replies, comments as needed).

Website Support (Wix)

  • Update website pages with new events, retreat information, workshops, and training details.

  • Add photos, testimonials, forms, buttons, and copy updates as needed.

  • Ensure all web pages remain visually polished, functional, and mobile-friendly.

Email Marketing

  • Draft, format, and schedule weekly email newsletters.

  • Build and schedule campaigns promoting:

    • Mindset Quality programs

    • The Mission REDEFINE Retreat

    • Grief Reset Workshops

    • EMDR Trainings

  • Support audience segmentation and automation setup where required.

  • Help in Marketing Calls

Retreat & Program Promotion

  • Create promotional graphics and reels for the Mission REDEFINE Retreat.

  • Produce materials for donation and scholarship promotions.

  • Keep the retreat webpage updated, including countdown timers, visuals, and event details.

Grief Reset Workshop Promotion

  • Create weekly promotional posts, reminders, and supporting graphics.

  • Update workshop materials and landing pages as needed.

Training Support

  • Promote upcoming EMDR Advanced Training (February) through graphics, social posts, and email campaigns.

  • Assist with organizing and uploading materials for EMDR Basic Training.

  • Format modules, upload worksheets, and prepare course visuals according to program guidelines.

Organization & Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain and organize Google Drive folders for content, training materials, and retreat assets.

  • Prepare a simple weekly report outlining completed tasks and upcoming priorities.

  • Manage and update a marketing calendar with deadlines, campaigns, and launch timelines.

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

  • Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.

  • Proficient in Canva and basic video editing for reels.

  • Familiarity with Wix website editing.

  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Kajabi, or similar).

  • Strong writing skills with the ability to match and maintain brand voice.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Comfortable managing multiple ongoing campaigns and deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Background in wellness, coaching, mental health, or personal development (a plus).

  • Familiarity with EMDR, mindset coaching, or retreat-based content (bonus but not required).

Work Schedule

  • Contracted Hours per Week: 20 Hours
  • Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
  • Daily Working Time: Between 10am to 6pm EST

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

  • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
  • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
  • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
