Title: CPT-10249 Social Media Outreach & Administrative Virtual Assistant

Independent Contractor – Marketing VA/ Junior Level (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive FEMALE Virtual Assistant located in the Philippines to support our team in CRM management, email outreach, and social media activities across Pinterest and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and has strong communication and strategic skills to effectively manage email campaigns and client interactions.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

1. Boutique Retail Email Outreach (Primary)

  • Execute email outreach using MailMeteor.
  • Maintain and optimize the boutique retail outreach sequence (Initial → Day 5 → Day 12).
  • Track opens, replies, warm leads, and conversions.
  • Clean and organize email lists.
  • Draft follow-ups aligned with The Sojourner Guide tone.

2. Lead Pre-Qualification- Refine boutique/luxury retailer lists.

  • Prioritize stores by fit and quality.
  • Pre-segment lists before outreach.

3. LinkedIn Growth (Client + Company)

  • Build weekly lists of boutique owners, retail buyers, and industry contacts.
  • Draft personalized LinkedIn connection messages.
  • Suggest 3–5 weekly posts for brand visibility.
  • Draft posts for the client’s LinkedIn in a refined executive voice.
  • Grow connections organically.

4. Content Posting & Coordination

  • Post updates to the company’s LinkedIn and the client’s profile.
  • Maintain a weekly content calendar.

5. Reporting

  • Weekly summary of: emails sent/opened/replied, warm leads, LinkedIn connections, drafted posts, issues

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

  • Skilled in email capture, outreach, and CRM management.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and/or social media management tools.
  • Familiarity with Pinterest and LinkedIn posting and analytics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to manage campaigns effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong written English.
  • Experience with MailMeteor or email outreach tools.
  • Understanding of boutique retail.
  • High initiative, proactive communication.
  • LinkedIn growth experience.
  • Lead research or CRM experience preferred.

It would be a plus if you:

  • Have prior experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses.

  • Are comfortable creating or curating visual content.

Work Schedule

  • Contracted Hours per Week: 10 Hours
  • Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
  • Daily Working Time: TBD PST

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

  • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
  • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
  • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
