Title: CPT-10237 Lead Generation and Marketing Outreach VA

Independent Contractor – Marketing VA/ Junior-Senior Level (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

We are seeking a highly proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to support our LinkedIn and Cold Email prospecting efforts, manage outreach campaigns, write outbound messaging, and assist with social media and email content creation. This role requires strong research skills, excellent English writing, and the ability to manage multiple tools used for outbound acquisition and engagement.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

1. LinkedIn Lead Generation (Closely.com / CloselyHQ)

  • Conduct targeted prospecting using Apollo.io.
  • Research industry pain points and align outreach to DaBrian Marketing Solutions’ messaging.
  • Write LinkedIn cold outreach sequences tailored to specific industries and personas.
  • Set up and configure campaigns in CloselyHQ.com / Closely.com.
  • Perform monthly data enrichment in CloselyHQ (minimum 3,000 records).
  • Monitor CloselyHQ inboxes and coordinate responses with Adrian & Danny.
  • Learn and execute CloselyHQ best practices for deliverability and conversions.
  • Manage LinkedIn lead acquisition activities (downloads, appointment booking).
  • Run independent LinkedIn campaigns using our 3 Closely seats— take initiative and use them!

2. Cold Email Lead Generation (Instantly.ai)

  • Prospect leads using Apollo.io and export data.
  • Validate email lists through NeverBounce before uploading.
  • Import and manage leads inside Instantly.ai.
  • Research industry pain points and align cold email messaging accordingly.
  • Use Instantly Copilot for:
    • Campaign ideas and strategy
    • Writing cold outreach email sequences
    • Workspace audits (monthly)
    • Weekly analytics reporting
  • Monitor domain and email health scores to maintain strong deliverability.
  • Manage and execute all email outreach campaigns.
  • Respond to warm leads via Google Voice and notify the relevant team members.
  • Create and manage AI agents within Instantly.ai.
  • Use Instantly.ai credits (100 credits) as needed for campaigns.
  • Apply best practices from the Instantly Accelerator training.
  • Support lead acquisition through downloads or appointment-setting.
  • Run independent cold email campaigns inside Instantly.ai— your initiative is encouraged!

3. Social Media Content Writing

  • Write content for social media posts, captions, scripts, and basic email copy for the brand and clients.
  • Work closely with the Graphic Design & Video Editing VA to produce complete social posts.
  • Produce high-quality written content for:
    • Social media captions
    • Reels/short-form video scripts
    • Social media post text
    • SocialPilot content before scheduling
  • Ensure a consistent tone, voice, and brand messaging guidelines.
  • Use AI tools (e.g., Gemini Pro) to support content creation when needed.

4. Marketing & Email Content Support

  • Assist in creating marketing emails via HubSpot (and occasionally Mailchimp).
  • Draft copy for email outreach, automations, nurture sequences, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
  • Support light scriptwriting for videos, promotional materials, and other marketing assets.

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written English—clear, professional, and confident.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Gmail, Sheets).
  • Strong experience in LinkedIn outreach and Cold Email outreach.
  • Previous lead generation experience is required.
  • Experience in B2B or professional sales roles is preferred.
  • Ability to utilize AI tools, such as Gemini or ChatGPT, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Apollo.io, CloselyHQ, Instantly.ai, or similar platforms is highly advantageous.

Work Schedule

  • Contracted Hours per Week: 10 Hours
  • Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
  • Daily Working Time: TBD EST

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

  • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
  • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
  • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
