As a Legal Intern, you will be part of the Legal team and support the Head of Legal & Legal Counsel, and all other departments of Ace & Tate with their legal and commercial matters.
Your duties will include:
- Assisting the Legal team in organizing, archiving and updating contracts in our Contract Management System and managing contract deadlines
- Supporting the Legal team in drafting and amending basic legal documents such as NDAs and other standard contracts
- Research and monitor legal and regulatory updates that impact our operations
- Provide daily support to the Legal team on a variety of administrative and legal matters
You are…
A third- or fourth-year (Dutch) Law student (university level)
Very accurate, structured and with a hands-on mentality
Independent, likes to take ownership of your tasks and is not afraid to ask questions
Fluent in Dutch and English
Able to work 4 or 5 days per week for a period of 4 months or longer
Available to start the 15th of January or the 1st of February
