We are a recruitment automation platform and AI job matchmaker, founded in 2016 and operating in the Technology, Information, and Internet industries.

We aim to change how Generation Z finds work by replacing traditional job boards with an AI-driven matching and automation system. For employers, we streamline recruitment processes, particularly for university, diversity, campus, early career, and technical roles, by automating candidate sourcing.

For job seekers, we act as an AI job matchmaker, helping them find internships and entry-level roles. Candidates create a profile to highlight their strengths and interests. We then match them with roles based on their background, skills, and goals. Our platform connects candidates with recruiters and provides tools for interview preparation, helping to increase their chances of securing interviews and job offers.

Companies like Hedgeserv, PNC, CNA, and MongoDB have hired candidates through us.

We are a remote-first company with 51 to 200 employees.
