As part of our commitment to help navigate more patients to the right care, we have created a new position on our Commercial team for a Senior Director of Market Development, focused on AI and Patient Finding. In this role, you will utilize your deep-rooted connections in the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry (particularly within commercial teams) to drive revenue growth.

What you’ll do

  • Draw on your extensive prior experience of patient identification strategies to identify, qualify, and close strategic partnerships with life sciences companies focused on accelerating time to treatment.
  • Demonstrate a hunter’s instinct; be fuelled by metrics, motivated by outcomes, and unshakable in the face of challenges.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with senior decision-makers across the life sciences industry.
  • Represent Ada at industry conferences, building awareness of Ada’s AI-powered platform to achieve ubiquitous adoption within the life sciences industry.

We are looking for:

  • Proven track record: Experience building high-value relationships, demonstrating expertise in working across commercial teams to drive patient identification strategies within the life sciences industry.
  • Industry knowledge: Strong understanding of pharma commercial analytics, patient identification, and healthcare media/marketing strategy, with a deep understanding of how life sciences companies leverage real-world data, AI, and digital media to identify undiagnosed patients, engage them, and drive treatment adoption.
  • Communication & relationship building: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with senior-level executives.
  • Sales acumen: Strong negotiation, closing, and account management skills. Experience managing complex digital sales cycles and navigating procurement processes (RFPs/RFIs  etc.) in healthcare organizations.
  • Team player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively while demonstrating ownership as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Low Ego: Proficient in rolling up sleeves with a belief that no job is too big or too small.
