The Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) team plays a pivotal role in Affirm’s mission to build direct, lasting relationships with our customers. Our App and Card experiences empower people with modern, transparent ways to pay and manage their finances—building trust and confidence along the way.

As a Staff Product Designer, you’ll join a deeply experienced and committed team to shape these end-to-end journeys, raise the bar for clarity, quality, and delight, and redefine how people interact with their money.

Own and drive design initiatives for embedded financial experiences, delivering high-impact, customer-centric solutions that align with business objectives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, data science, marketing, and external partners to drive innovation and deliver seamless, intuitive experiences.

Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, G Suite, Notion).
This position requires either equivalent practical experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years of product design experience.
Pay Grade - N
Equity Grade - 7
Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.
Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents.)
CAN base pay range per year: $150,000 - $200,000

Affirmers in proximal roles have the flexibility to work remotely, but will occasionally be required to work out of their assigned Affirm office.
