We designed Copper to support the entire client journey, from adding new prospects and closing deals to project delivery.

Our platform includes features for contact, lead, pipeline, and opportunity management, as well as collaboration tools. We make it easy to collect leads from various sources, track sales processes, and manage projects. You can draft contracts and proposals in Google Docs, and we integrate with tools like PandaDoc, DocuSign, and QuickBooks. For project delivery, you can assign tasks and collaborate with your team across different roles, including sales, project managers, and finance. Our system also helps encourage repeat business through engagement and follow-ups, and an activity feed lets you monitor team interactions.

Copper provides templates for pipelines and forms, and you can customize them with labels, tags, and custom fields. Our mobile app for iOS and Android automatically logs calls and SMS. We also support integrations with other tools like Mailchimp and various phone solutions. The system automatically enriches contact profiles with information such as phone numbers, email addresses, and social media details, and suggests new contacts found in Gmail and Google Calendar. You can segment contacts using tags, filters, and custom fields.
