Now, we’re looking for a People Development Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. What you’ll be doing

  • Organize and ensure smooth implementation of learning programs, workshops, coaching sessions, and onboarding process.
  • Keep our People Development platform (NextDot) updated and running.
  • Support employees with questions about our coaching model, training processes, or resource allocation.
  • Monitor feedback and prepare reports (weekly, monthly, per Q, annually) that show how people are growing.
  • Prepare materials for learning activities.
  • Research new trends in people development and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Handle day-to-day admin and logistics requests to keep the team on track.

What we’re looking for

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR, People Development, L&D or training.
  • A degree in psychology, education, HR, or related fields (Master’s a plus).
  • Excellent communicator in Greek and English.
  • Training and experience in coaching, mentoring or training is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills—you like lists, calendars, and order.
  • Proactive, resourceful, solution and result-oriented.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and curious about AI-powered apps.
  • A true team player—supportive, adaptable, and collaborative.
