Job Description:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Recruiting department and oversee our full cycle recruiting needs, with a focus on contract hires. This will be a global role where you will hire candidates internationally to work across various functions and departments.

Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and always maintain a pipeline of available candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs
  • Determine candidate selection criteria with hiring managers
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes/CVs and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
  • Help craft job descriptions and structured interview questions that reflect each positionโ€™s requirements
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Create and present TA Metrics to HR Lead Team
  • Conducts research, reporting analysis and special projects as requested

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, ideally with a mix of internal and agency experience
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. Stack Overflow, ย Github,ย LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A solid understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • Ability to work on roles with ambiguous requirements
  • Ability to work independently and fast-paced on multiple job requisitions at the same time
  • Fully fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience recruiting on a global scale is a big plus
