We’re looking for a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist with games industry experience to help us scale top-tier talent across Art, Production, Design, and Platform roles. This person will be responsible for proactive sourcing, candidate screening, and, ideally, owning full recruitment cycles from intake to offer. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, understand project needs, and contribute directly to building world-class teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source candidates across game development disciplines (Art, Design, Production, QA, Tech Art, etc.).

  • Build and maintain deep talent pipelines through LinkedIn, ArtStation, and industry communities.

  • Conduct pre-screen interviews to evaluate skills, experience and culture fit

  • Assess portfolios for Art-based candidates (2D/3D/Animation/VFX/Tech Art).

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team structures, and project needs.

  • Run full end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles: intake, sourcing, interviews, alignment meetings, offers, and closing.

  • Coordinate debriefs, manage candidate communication, and keep hiring teams aligned at every stage.

  • Track and report key recruitment metrics to support continuous improvement.

  • Partner with Operations for onboarding handoff and ensure smooth transition of new hires.

  • 2–4+ years experience in Talent Sourcing or as a Recruiter in the games industry

  • Strong ability to identify, engage, and assess game development talent across multiple disciplines.

  • Experience conducting structured screening interviews.

  • Comfortable running full-cycle recruitment and managing multiple roles at once.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Deep knowledge of sourcing tools and Boolean search.

  • Experience reviewing art portfolios is a plus.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and confident working independently.

  • Experience with Workable a plus

  • Fluent with English and Ukrainian
