We are an education technology (Ed-Tech) company founded in 2019 as a subsidiary of TAL Education Group (NYSE: TAL). We provide K-12 extra-curricular learning services using technology, offering online and in-person after-school math programs. Our programs have tailored difficulty levels to support K-12 students in their school classes and math competitions. We cover a full range of math topics, from foundational concepts to advanced tracks, and aim to develop critical thinking and logic skills in children. Our specialties include STEM learning, math enrichment, and Math Olympiad preparation.

Our programs are designed for various age groups: early childhood (ages 3-6), lower elementary (Preschool-2nd grade), higher elementary (G3-G5), and middle school (6th-8th grade, up to Pre-Calculus, Algebra 2, and Trigonometry).

We teach through our online platform and in-person at our San Jose and Silicon Valley locations for Bay Area families. Our customer service team supports parents and students via chat, email, WeChat, and phone. Some of our roles also involve teaching online math to K-8 students from Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Our mission is to help children develop critical thinking, strengthen their logic skills, and achieve their goals through effective teaching. We believe that love and technology can improve education.

We have a team of 51-200 employees. We offer structured career paths, including fast-track programs that can lead to management roles within 2-3 years, supported by mentorship and coaching. • Competitive pay, which may include base salaries, guaranteed teaching salaries, teaching fees ($30-$35/hour for 3-7 classes/week), non-teaching fees ($16-$21/hour for class prep, grading, parent communication, and after-class services), and performance-based bonuses up to 15% per semester. Teaching hours may increase based on performance.
