ABOUT YOUR ROLE :
As a Risk Analyst, you’ll play an important role in helping keep our merchant portfolio safe and compliant. You’ll work closely with experienced team members who will train, support, and guide you.
This role is ideal for someone who:

What we are looking for:

Comfort working with data (full training provided)
Proactive thinking
High integrity, reliability, and ownership of your work
Own transport and full UK licence preferable.
Supporting merchant application reviews and website checks
Monitoring daily/weekly processing activity and spotting unusual trends
Assisting with chargebacks, alerts and early-warning indicators
Helping investigate suspicious transactions with guidance
Working with Relationship Managers and other teams to support merchants
Contributing to monthly reporting and portfolio reviews
Being a positive, collaborative member of the Risk Team
Occasional merchant visits
