We are a US federally regulated exchange, founded in 2019, that lets us trade on the outcome of future events. The CFTC regulates us, and we offer event contracts, a new asset class. These contracts let us bet on future events, from Covid numbers and legislative outcomes to sports, politics, economics, weather, and AI.

Event contracts usually cost between $0.01 and $0.99, reflecting how likely the market thinks an event will happen. They pay out $1 if the event occurs by the expiration date, and $0 if it doesn’t. Our goal is to broaden the definition of commodity derivatives and expand the existing derivatives market.

We are backed by investors like Sequoia, Henry Kravis, Charles Schwab, Y Combinator, A16Z, Neo, Multicoin Capital, and SV Angel. We also partner with organizations such as Robinhood, Coinbase, Phantom, CNN, CNBC, Solana, Google Finance, NHL, and StockX.
