We are looking for

We are looking for a driven and passionate International Recruiter (m/f/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Team on a global level.

Your role in BizAway

● Collaborate with Hiring Managers for BizAway’s worldwide recruitment;

● Be in charge of the CV screening and the maintenance of the recruitment database;

● Conduct interviews by phone, via video call, or face-to-face;

● Make active research and headhunt passive candidates through different channels, job boards, and LinkedIn recruiter; ● Communicate with candidates during every step of the recruiting process;

● Manage job openings on our ATS, through monitoring and progress reporting to the team leader;

● Be a tutor and collaborator for the Hiring Managers, giving them advice related to the Company culture and interviewing techniques;

● Prepare negotiations and job offers for the candidates;

● Collaborate with external vendors and provide feedback to their candidates;

● Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team Leader to set up the priorities and the hiring strategy;

● Participate in company events  (Job fairs, career days, conferences, team buildings etc).

Your basic qualifications

●Experience of a minimum of 2-4 years as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist; Experience with the LinkedIn recruiter;

●Experience with Technical roles like Frontend, Backend, DevOps (Javascript languages);

●Advanced computer knowledge, including HR Management Systems, Google Workplace Suite, ATS, etc;

●Excellent organizational skills, with great attention to detail and an ability to prioritize important projects;

●Ability to communicate kindly and to build strong relationships with all stakeholders;

●Excellent English level, verbal and written, is mandatory.

We are also interested in

●You are fluent in English, Italian, or any other language will be considered a plus;

●Previous experience in recruiting Sales and Software Engineers;

●Digital mindset to improve processes and manage projects;

●Previous experience in ambitious and international start-ups or scale-ups;

●Hunger attitude and proactive approach;

●Collaborative and smart environment to work and learn.

Our offer

📄 Contract type: Permanent.

🕓 Working hours: Full-time – 40h/week, from Monday to Friday.

🏠 Hybrid work: Smart Working Policy (2 days remotely and 3 in the office) and great offices in Europe

💰 Salary: Starting from the 4th level and above, with a salary range from 25K-28K, in accordance with the National Collective Agreement for the Commerce sector (CCNL Commercio).
