Job description
Find opportunities to improve communications using first-party insights, while protecting user trust. Define the strategy and roadmap for CMS, templates, in-app surveys, consent and preferences, localization, and content analytics. Turn surveys into a superpower with a lightweight SDK that adapts to user context, dedupes across accounts and services, and respects frequency caps. Evolve email and in-app templates with reusable components, locale fallbacks, city-aware dynamic blocks, and accessibility checks. Operationalize GDPR and related regulations for all users with clear transparency surfaces, consent management, and reliable subject rights flows including access/export, correction, and deletion. Run experiments with analytics to improve time to publish, survey completion, localization coverage, and consent rates. Collaborate with engineering, design systems, Martech, LCM, PR, Legal, Privacy, and Comms from concept to launch.
Experience in product management or platform development, with a strong background in content management systems, surveys, or user-facing communication tools. Understanding of GDPR, privacy-first design, and consent management best practices. Proven ability to define product strategies, roadmaps, and requirements in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. Strong technical literacy and ability to partner closely with engineering and design teams on complex platform solutions. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience across multiple business units.
