<strong>About the role</strong>

As Senior Regional Payroll Advisor, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll for multiple countries, lead payroll projects and automation efforts.

<strong>Main tasks and responsibilities:</strong>

  • Execute full-cycle payroll processing for a designated region, ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws while supporting year-end processes, audits, and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Lead payroll projects and automation efforts to enhance the day-to-day operations and solve payroll complex issues with an innovative approach
  • Generate and analyse payroll reports for internal stakeholders and management.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll questions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilise payroll platforms like Workday or SAP to process and manage payroll data efficiently.
  • Acts as a buddy to newly hired members of the team and guide them throughout the first months.

<strong>About you:</strong>

  • You will ideally have at least 3 years of experience in DACH payroll in a global or multi-national environment.
  • You are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, including vlookups, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.
  • You have prior experience with a major payroll platform such as Workday or SAP is a must.
  • You have meticulous attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
  • You have a proven track record of managing complex payroll functions and leading process improvements.
