Job Title: Architect – Product Management

Location: Blue Bell, PA Preferred (Remote is also fine)

Role Summary:

The Architect for Product Management is a strategic role that combines deep technical expertise with product vision. This position ensures that the product architecture supports business objectives, customer needs, and long-term scalability. The role involves collaborating across product, engineering, and business teams to design robust, innovative, and future-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Architecture & Strategy

•Define and maintain the overall product architecture aligned with business goals and technology roadmap.

•Translate product requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing architectural designs.

•Ensure architecture supports modularity, interoperability, and future enhancements.

2. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

•Partner with Product Managers to understand market needs and translate them into technical solutions.

•Work closely with Engineering, UX, and QA teams to ensure seamless execution of architecture.

•Act as a technical advisor during product planning and roadmap discussions.

3. Innovation & Technology Leadership

•Research emerging technologies and recommend adoption to enhance product capabilities.

•Drive innovation by introducing architectural patterns that improve performance and reduce complexity.

•Ensure architecture supports cloud-native, microservices, and API-first principles.

4. Governance & Standards

•Establish and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices.

•Conduct architecture reviews and ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance benchmarks.

•Maintain documentation for architecture decisions and technical specifications.

5. Risk Management

•Identify technical risks early in the product lifecycle and propose mitigation strategies.

•Ensure disaster recovery, high availability, and data integrity in architectural design.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

•Experience:

•8–12 years in software architecture or technical leadership roles.

•Strong background in product development lifecycle and SaaS platforms.

Technical Expertise:

•Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

•Expertise in microservices, API design, integration patterns, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

•Strong understanding of security, compliance, and performance optimization.

Soft Skills:

•Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

•Ability to balance technical depth with business priorities.
