Established in 2023, we accelerate Toyota’s shift into a mobility company. We aim to redefine how vehicles are built, used, and connected to create software-defined vehicles, and to rethink how people, goods, information, and energy move in society.

Our work involves software development, automated driving, and vehicle software platforms. We build and maintain observability platforms for ensuring production readiness and reliability. Our research liaison team fosters innovation across the global Toyota Group by managing research projects, events, and an online sharing platform.

We also prepare software and systems for mass production, focusing on functional safety lifecycles and quality assurance for software-defined mobility and the Arene SDV toolchain. We design, implement, test, and deploy features for robotics and cloud infrastructure in logistics, and build AI models for vehicles. Additionally, we manage a Test Course platform for B2B clients in AD/ADAS, software platforms, and cloud/AI initiatives.

We develop machine learning frameworks for vehicle behavior models, focusing on cloud and data curation pipelines, automated training, evaluation, and release tooling for autonomous driving.

We have between 1001 and 5000 employees. Our work environment is modern, agile, and supportive, with a strong focus on collaboration across diverse teams and with external partners. Employees are expected to work in a hybrid arrangement with at least three days in the office.

We offer a competitive salary, flexible working time, and 20 days of paid holiday per year (prorated), along with 6 days of sick leave per year (prorated). Holidays include Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese National Holidays, and other company-defined days.
