Product Manager/ Owner— Life Sciences Digital Products

Location: NY/NJ (Hybrid Preferred) | U.S. Remote

About the Role

·Brillio is seeking a Product Manager to contribute to both the strategic direction and day-to-day execution of digital products within the life sciences domain.

·You will work closely with senior product leaders, SME’s, engineering team, and life sciences SMEs to shape the product vision, gather and translate requirements, and ensure successful delivery across regulated R&D, manufacturing, and compliance workflows.

·The initial focus is on a regulated digital manufacturing & quality platform, with opportunities to contribute to other life sciences initiatives (R&D digitization, regulatory automation, clinical operations, and commercial enablement).

Key Responsibilities

Product Requirements & Execution

•Work with SMEs, client stakeholders, and internal teams to gather and clarify detailed business and technical requirements.

•Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and functional specifications.

•Maintain and groom the Jira backlog, supporting sprint planning, prioritization, and delivery tracking.

•Partner with engineering and QA to ensure requirements are properly understood, implemented, and validated.

•Create wireframes, process maps, and capability definitions to guide development.

•Support UAT, release readiness, defect triage, and continuous product improvement.

•Help maintain product documentation, knowledge repositories, and compliance artifacts (as required in GxP environments).

Product Strategy & Roadmap

•Participate in defining product vision, long-term roadmap, and MVP milestones.

•Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor capabilities to inform strategic decisions.

•Support the development of product value propositions, capability maps, and platform enhancement opportunities.

•Identify emerging patterns across clients and help shape reusable assets, frameworks, and accelerators.

•Evaluate feature requests, prioritize enhancements, and connect them to measurable business value.

•Collaborate with consulting, data/AI, and engineering leaders to shape multi-quarter plans.

•Present insights, product updates, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

•3–6 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or digital solution delivery in LS GMP, regulations

•Experience with requirement gathering, user story writing, Jira, and agile delivery.

•Exposure to life sciences domains such as:

oR&D digitization (LIMS, ELN, SDMS)

oRegulatory systems (Veeva Vault, structured content, submissions)

oDigital manufacturing (MES, SCADA, validation)

oClinical or commercial platforms

•Understanding of regulatory contexts like GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, data integrity (ALCOA+).Not mandatory but preferred/

•Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to simplify complex domain concepts.

•Comfortable communicating with engineers, SMEs, and executive stakeholders.
