Job description
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just understand the platform—but dominates it with strategy, creativity, and conversion. If you live and breathe TikTok trends, know how to grow a brand through influencer partnerships, and have proven results on TikTok Shop, apply.
MUST HAVE
- Demonstrated ability working with influencers across social platforms, coordinating partnerships, campaigns, or promotional strategies
 - Experience managing TikTok brand accounts and driving conversion-focused content
 - Background in working with consumer-facing brands—e-commerce or retail experience is a plus
 - Proven ability to work remotely while delivering measurable results
 
Shift Schedule Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm EST
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on TikTok experience
 - P r oven success generating at least $5 million in annual revenue through TikTok strategies (MUST HAVE)
 - Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
 - Comfortable with a flexible scope of work and adapting to new challenges
 - Strong understanding of TikTok Shop operations, including product listings, live selling, analytics, and promotional tools
 - Deep knowledge of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and content formats
 - Skilled in analyzing performance data and making informed, revenue-focused decisions
 - Exceptionally organized, self-motivated, and eager to take initiative
 - Comfortable communicating in English (fluency not required)
