About the Creative Studio
The Creative Studio at CookUnity is where storytelling, innovation, and technology meet. From chef campaigns to video content and brand design, the team brings the CookUnity experience to life across every touchpoint.
As AI reshapes how stories are made, we’re building an AI Creative Studio to harness the power of generative technology — enabling faster content creation, personalized storytelling, and scalable brand impact while preserving the soul of our chef-driven brand.
The role:
The Head of AI Creative Studio will establish and lead CookUnity’s AI-driven creative function. Reporting to the SVP of Growth, this role combines creativity, technology, and leadership to define how CookUnity scales storytelling and performance creative through generative AI.
You’ll own the strategy, tooling, and creative systems that power everything from personalized campaign assets to AI-assisted production workflows. This is a unique opportunity to shape the intersection of art and intelligence inside a fast-growing brand.
Responsibilities:
- Define the AI Creative Vision:
Build and own the roadmap for CookUnity’s AI Creative Studio, aligning it with brand, growth, and content goals.
- Lead the AI Creative Function:
Recruit, mentor, and manage a hybrid team of creative technologists, prompt engineers, designers, editors, and producers.
- Systemize AI Workflows:
Develop prompt libraries, creative pipelines, governance frameworks, and brand guardrails for AI-assisted content generation.
- Drive Experimentation & Innovation:
Pilot new tools and techniques (image, video, copy, personalization) to drive measurable improvements in content velocity and performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Brand, Growth Marketing, CRM, Product, and Engineering teams to deploy AI-powered creative in campaigns, onboarding flows, and personalization.
- Quality & Brand Stewardship:
Ensure all AI-assisted output reflects CookUnity’s chef-driven identity and maintains creative integrity.
- Measurement & Optimization:
Define success metrics and continuously optimize for creative efficiency, engagement, and conversion impact.
- AI Ethics & Compliance:
Establish and uphold ethical standards, content safety checks, and compliance frameworks across all AI-driven production.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in creative, marketing, or design leadership roles with a track record of innovation.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with generative AI or creative technology tools (e.g., Midjourney, Google Veo 3, Runway, OpenAI, Adobe Firefly, Freepik, ElevenLabs).
- Proven success building and leading hybrid creative and technical teams.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, brand storytelling, and content operations.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to translate complex technology into scalable creative systems.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Deep curiosity for AI, creativity, and human-machine collaboration.
