Your responsibilities
- Be responsible for the end to end recruitment life cycle of the various vacancies
- Advertising job vacancies, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates (via phone, video conference, in-person)
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- Maintain and update reporting files, use and update ATS
- Seeking new ways to expand sourcing channels
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with organizations and universities
- Participate in job fairs or networking events
- Deliver results and effectively manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least one year of proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
- Familiarity with Workable ATS is an advantage
- Teamwork mentality
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work within a fast-paced working environment, set priorities and take initiatives
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and can do attitude
- Optimistic, energetic, outgoing with great energy
