We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to drive the end-to-end hiring strategy for our engineering, product, and data teams. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, understand their technical needs, and attract top-tier candidates who can thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This role requires someone who can balance hands-on sourcing with strategic advisory, ensuring CSC secures the technical talent needed to scale.

This position will report into the VP of Recruiting.

What you get to do every day:

  • Partner with engineering, data, and product leaders to deeply understand hiring needs and define role requirements

  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across technical functions through proactive sourcing and networking

  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and ensure a high-touch, seamless candidate experience

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, feedback alignment, offer negotiation, and closing

  • Use data-driven insights to influence hiring decisions and continuously improve recruiting processes

  • Leverage AI-driven recruiting tools (e.g., ChatGPT, sourcing automation, talent intelligence platforms) to accelerate sourcing, outreach, and candidate assessment

  • Represent CSC’s mission and culture in the technical talent market to position us as an employer of choice

  • Collaborate with the broader Talent team to align technical hiring with overall company workforce plans

  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience (agency and/or in-house)

  • Demonstrated success sourcing and closing candidates across engineering, product, and data roles

  • Strong understanding of modern technical stacks (see below)

  • Ability to assess both technical and cultural fit beyond the résumé

  • Skilled in using ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow)

  • Familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools or a strong interest in adopting emerging technologies

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills

The ideal candidate should be familiar with recruiting for the following technologies:

  • Frontend: React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS
  • Backend: Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, Ruby on Rails
  • Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform
  • Data & Analytics: SQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt, Airflow, Python, R
  • E-commerce & Platform: Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud (plus custom-built systems)
  • Other Tools: Git, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), monitoring tools (Datadog, New Relic)
