Position Overview
ELVTR is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Support Representative to support the efficiency, scalability, and day-to-day operations of our sales function.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, operations, and customer experience. You will identify bottlenecks, improve workflows through automation, ensure system reliability, and provide hands-on support to both customers and the sales team—especially during high-volume periods.
This is a full-time remote position with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Philippine time).

Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across the sales cycle and operational workflows
Suggest and implement automation and optimization initiatives to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability
Conduct daily checks to ensure smooth functioning of core systems (CRM, operational tools, integrations), maintaining high uptime and data integrity
Prepare and maintain essential sales enablement materials, including sales templates, payment links, product documentation, and related resources
Support the sales team during peak periods by conducting sales conversations with customers as needed
Handle incoming customer calls, answering questions and assisting with enrollments
Act as the first point of contact for sales team operational inquiries (technical issues, process clarification, access to documents or tools)
Manage and prioritize customer inquiries in shared operational mailboxes, ensuring timely and accurate responses
Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records in CRM systems and related databases to support reporting and optimization
Own and continuously update the centralized library of sales resources, processes, procedures, product documentation, and regulatory information
Support the operational onboarding of new sales representatives, including system access, tools setup, and initial process training
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, sales operations, or a related role
Excellent phone and email communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
Positive attitude, self-starter mindset, and strong team collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- AI proficiency for sales data analysis, process automation, or workflow optimization
- Experience with prompt engineering or AI-powered tools to improve operational efficiency
