Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy secure full-stack web applications and APIs
Support RESTful integrations with internal and external systems
Collaborate on DevOps pipeline enhancements and CI/CD operations (Azure DevOps preferred)
Integrate with Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
Assist in scaling automation, reporting, and analytics systems
Participate in agile sprint planning, code reviews, and solution design
Help rebuild and modernize the customer-facing onboarding platform
Contribute to a culture of experimentation—spend ~10% of your time exploring new technologies
Qualifications
2-5 years hands-on development experience (including internships)
Proficiency in at least two of the following: JavaScript/TypeScript, .NET (C#/VB), Python, SQL
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS accepted)
Familiarity with Agile environments and CI/CD
Strong communication and collaboration skills (internal focus; minimal customer-facing work)
Preferred Skills
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
REST API development and token-based authentication
AI/ML or analytics project experience (Python, R, Tableau, etc.)
Experience in banking, payments, or other regulated industries
Exposure to DevOps tools: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.
Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills
Banking industry experience is a plus
