About The Role

Your mission is to shape the learning foundation that supports AYBI’s next chapter. As we shift from consultancy to product-led, remote-first organization, you’ll create a learning culture that brings together our operating system, people practices, and growth rhythms across all circles. In this role, you’ll embed learning into international hiring and remote-first onboarding, ensuring every hero wherever they are start with confidence. By strengthening coaching, skills frameworks, and learning pathways, you make development at AYBI inspiring, and accessible. To achieve this mission together, you’ll partner with various leads across People & Culture, Delivery, Finance and Sales.

Responsibilities you are looking for

  • Designs how AYBI builds specialists across all circles and disciplines.

  • Creates the capability engine behind our shift from consultancy to product company.

  • Builds structured academies (consulting, PM, product, terminal industry, AI, etc.).

  • Connects development to international hiring and remote-first onboarding.

  • Strengthens coaching, skills frameworks, and long-term career mobility.

  • Strong connection and collaboration with P&C Circle Strategist.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Learning & Development experience in fast-growing scale-ups.

  • Experience designing learning systems and programs in a tech, product-led, or consultancy-driven environment.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior stakeholders to align development with organizational goals.

  • Ability to translate business goals into clear skill paths, growth frameworks, and capability-building initiatives.

  • Able to coach leaders on growth, feedback, and development of culture.
