Job Summary
As a Senior Java React Engineer (17635), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems.
Responsibilities and Duties
Support the development of new application features across Java back-end and React front-end components.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across services, databases, and cloud-hosted environments.
Collaborate in Agile sprints, contributing to code reviews, testing, and continuous integration efforts.
Qualifications and Skills
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JEE, and REST API development.
Hands-on experience with React or similar JavaScript frameworks.
Proficiency with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, SES, SQS, and CI/CD tools.
Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, and version control using Git/GitHub.
Ability to work within Agile methodologies and contribute to cross-functional technical discussions.
Ability to debug and optimize JVM performance issues.
Familiarity with testing tools such as JUnit, Mockito, or similar frameworks.
Experience working with API integrations, JSON handling, and Postman for validation.
Knowledge of cloud monitoring and log analysis, ideally with AWS CloudWatch.
Proficiency using IntelliJ IDEA or similar development environments.
