We were founded in 2014 to provide tech solutions to startups, scale-ups, and SMEs. Our services include AI consultancy, strategy, and implementation, along with product development, IT nearshoring, and ERP services. We handle end-to-end development for MVPs, POCs, and complex software projects, and also offer low-code development.

Our specialties include software testing, embedded software, UI/UX design, app development, and software engineering. We also have ERP expertise in Microsoft Dynamics/BC, SAP, and Odoo.

We have development hubs in Belgrade, Novi Sad, Nis, and Bucharest, with offices in Switzerland, Germany, and the UK. In 2024, we expanded into the US market. We employ over 400 developers who serve more than 160 clients. Since our founding in 2014, we’ve maintained a 95% startup success rate.

We offer budgets for professional development, covering courses, books, and conferences. For example, our Belgrade location provides a stipend of up to €1,200 per year for this. We also offer English and German language lessons during working hours.

Many roles have a flexible hybrid setup, allowing you to work up to two days per week in the office. Remote work options are available in certain regions, such as Romania.
