Senior UX/UI Engineer (Front-End Focus)
We’re looking for a strong Senior UX/UI Engineer with solid front-end development experience to join our team. This role focuses on creating exceptional digital experiences for an E-Commerce platform, bridging design and development through collaboration, innovation, and user-centered thinking.
Main Responsibilities:
Front-End Development (60%) – Build and maintain reusable UI components, connect Figma design systems with Storybook, implement UX improvements, and enhance site performance through front-end optimization.
UX Collaboration & Problem Solving (20%) – Partner with designers and developers to ensure design consistency, accessibility, and smooth implementation. Support A/B testing, user research, and contribute to backlog refinement with UX insights.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing (10%) – Maintain documentation for front-end standards, accessibility guidelines, and best practices, ensuring alignment across teams.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
3+ years collaborating with UX/UI or design teams on responsive and accessible interfaces.
Proficiency in Figma and Storybook (or similar tools).
Experience with Agile methodologies, A/B testing tools, and component-driven development.
Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Analytics, or Adobe Target.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HCI, or related field.
Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written).
