We’re looking for a talented and results oriented Chargeback Analyst who will join the Fraud Team of Euronet Merchant Services. The successful candidate will be based in our Athens offices, joining efforts with widely spread teams globally.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Handle disputes and chargebacks (merchant acquiring) according to the International Card Organizations’ regulations.
  • Daily cooperation with merchants, issuers, and processors.
  • Provide advice and education to merchants on proper card acceptance and chargeback prevention best practices.
  • Close cooperation with Fraud, Credit Risk, Compliance, Finance, and other internal teams.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related academic field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service/support, any prior track record delivering in a Chargebacks related job role in banking/acquiring will be considered a plus.
  • Ability to understand the Chargeback reasons and the associated risk.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
  • Eligibility to work in the EU full-time and permanently, without employer sponsorship.
