Our global teams focus on merchant health, revenue operations, and web development. We use processes, automation, and AI to optimize merchant performance, improving approval rates, reducing fraud loss, and enhancing customer experience and revenue. Our fraud analysts manually review ecommerce orders to detect fraudulent transactions and provide insights for our machine-learning models. We also manage Go-To-Market operations to drive revenue growth and data-driven decision-making, handling GTM planning, forecast accuracy, and compensation strategy. Our enterprise sales team works with large eCommerce and digital commerce brands, managing complex, multi-region deals, ROI modeling, and contract negotiation. Data integration engineers ensure accurate client data for our data science models and lead integration efforts for large eCommerce merchants. Our accounting teams establish controls and infrastructure for financial reporting and close processes. Our merchant advocates manage relationships with key clients, maximizing value from the platform and identifying expansion opportunities.

We have between 501 and 1000 employees. Our work environment is dynamic, fast-paced, and high-growth, especially within the fintech and tech sectors.
