WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON
Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients: qualify inbound and outbound leads, identify their needs, and guide them to the next steps in the sales funnel.
Act as a connector between marketing, sales, and product by sharing insights on market needs, customer feedback, and obstacles in the sales process.
Use your understanding of payment industry trends and the competitive landscape to craft strong value messages that resonate with prospects.
Clearly explain how different payment products and integrations work, helping prospects understand the value and fit for their business.
Proactively research and engage new potential clients through outreach, LinkedIn, industry events, and other channels.
Work with marketing to align messaging, outreach campaigns, and sales materials to maximize lead generation and conversion.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or B2B outbound sales is highly beneficial.
Understanding of payment flows and technical integrations.
Excellent communication skills — persuasive, confident, and able to clearly articulate product value.
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset; someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and doesn’t hesitate to push forward.
Strong sales orientation — resilience, ability to handle objections, and motivation to hit and exceed targets.
Ability to absorb complex product information and translate it into simple business value for different audiences.
Good English level and fluent Russian.
