We are a DC-based SaaS company, FiscalNote (NYSE: NOTE), founded in 2013. We provide policy and market intelligence by combining AI technology with human expertise. This helps our clients track and influence policy from a local to global level, giving them a current understanding of the political environment. Our main platform, PolicyNote, uses AI to track U.S. state, federal, and global policy. It combines reporting from CQ and Roll Call with VoterVoice’s digital advocacy tools. PolicyNote offers a full range of policy information, including monitoring, digital advocacy, news, analysis, and custom services.

We offer several solutions: VoterVoice for digital advocacy campaigns, CQ for legislative activity on Capitol Hill, and Roll Call for reporting. FrontierView provides global economic and political research for multinational companies and executives. Other products include FiscalNote Core Platform, Fireside, Curate, EU Issue Tracker, CQ Federal, CQ Magazine & Roll Call, CQ Knowlegis, and PACbuilder.

Our services include legislative forecasting, tracking and analysis, regulatory product development, legislator analytics, government risk assessment, government affairs, public affairs, issues management, media, policy data, and analytics.
