What you’ll work on: At the start, around 70% of your work will be focused on support and collaboration, including:
- Onboarding process- supporting the delivery, measuring effectiveness, and continuously improving the experience
- Learning & Development - helping bring our L&D strategy to life through educational and integration events
- CSR initiatives - not the “write-a-check-and-post-on-social-media” kind, but real actions that engage our team and make a meaningful, positive impact
- Internal communication - creating and supporting employee-facing communication related to internal initiatives
- Ongoing research - into employee and market needs, and identifying opportunities to improve what we do - both from a business perspective and a human, emotional one
Additionally, you’ll spend around 30% of your time supporting:
- basic administrative tasks
- Employer Branding activities
What we’re looking for:
- strong interest in and first hands-on experience in Employee Experience and/or Learning & Development
- a university degree
- a strong sense of ownership with focus on organizational goals and people needs
- ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- ease in building relationships and communicating with others
- working knowledge of: MS Office Professional or Google Workspace, a graphic design tool (e.g. Canva, Adobe), a video editing tool (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe), a survey tool
- Polish: native or near-native
- English: at least C1 level, spoken and written
Salary range:
- contract of employment: 5 500 - 6 500 PLN gross monthly; full-time (Mon-Fri)
