About the team
The Goodnotes Education team is distributed across Asia and Europe, with a hub at our London HQ, offering flexibility for remote work with at least 4 hours overlap with key collaborators. Our asynchronous working culture ensures your work-life balance remains intact regardless of time zones. We’re on a mission to transform Goodnotes from a personal note-taking app into a comprehensive teaching and learning tool that’s accessible to all learners and educators.
About the role
As Product Manager for Goodnotes Education, you will lead product development efforts for our Education offering, working closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Academic Affairs teams. You’ll drive key initiatives including teacher and school acquisition, onboarding enhancements, teaching innovations, and AI time reallocators. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring Goodnotes Education becomes the go-to platform for teachers, schools, and education systems worldwide.

- Shaping how millions of teachers and students use Goodnotes Education in classrooms globally
- Building products that bridge individual teacher adoption to school-wide implementation
- Ideating and building cutting-edge AI features to enhance teaching and help teachers reallocate their time
- Driving GTM strategies for major education conferences like Bett
- Collaborating with international education partners and ministries
The skills you will need to be successful in the above
- 5+ years of B2B product management experience, preferably in EdTech or SaaS
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with product roadmap management and delivery planning
- Excellent written communication skills for PRDs and specifications
- Understanding of institutional/enterprise sales cycles
- Bonus: Experience with Apple ecosystem, international markets, or AI-driven products

- A role-specific call to discuss your background and skillset for this role more in detail, as well as do a live exercise
- A call with your hiring manager, the education team lead
- A call with our CEO and Founder, Steven Chan
- A meet-the-team call with 2 or 3 Goodpeople you’d be working closely with at Goodnotes
- An AI literacy interview, designed to help us gauge your experience with AI tools and your approach to working with this technology
