Hello Heart, founded in 2013, provides a digital health program for cardiovascular health. We offer an app and a connected heart monitor to help individuals track and manage their heart health, aiming to reduce the risk of heart attacks and stroke. The platform tracks blood pressure, manages medications, and provides personalized insights. We give individuals a free blood pressure monitor and an easy-to-use app.

Hello Heart works with employers, national health plans, and labor organizations, including over 130 Fortune 500 and government entities. Peer-reviewed studies show that high-risk users have lowered their blood pressure, cholesterol, and weight, with an average 21-point blood pressure reduction for high-risk members.

We have raised over $138 million and are part of the American Heart Association’s Innovators’ Network and the CVS Health Point Solutions Management platform. We protect data privacy and security, and we do not sell members’ health information. Hello Heart has 452,000 subscribers and about 225 employees worldwide.
