We’re seeking a Lead Behavioral Designer to be the architect of this change, applying deep behavioral science expertise to ethically influence adoption, embed new mindsets, and drive sustained engagement with our new global platform, particularly around AI ways of working and our Agentic E2E vision.

What you’ll be doing:

As the Lead Behavioral Designer, you’ll be a strategic leader, applying cutting-edge behavioral science to unlock the full potential of our new AI-enabled marketing platform. You’ll lead complex behavioral design initiatives, identifying barriers, designing impactful interventions, and measuring the real-world impact of shifting mindsets and behaviors across our global workforce, with a specific focus on enhancing Client Experience and optimizing Employee Experience. You’ll collaborate closely with researchers to leverage deep insights that inform your design.

You Will:

  • Lead Behavioral Strategy & Intervention Design: Lead the application of advanced behavioral science frameworks to precisely identify behavioral barriers to platform adoption and new AI work methodologies. Design and implement targeted, ethical behavioral interventions, nudges, and choice architectures directly within the platform and its associated workflows to significantly increase engagement and sustained usage, enhancing both Employee and Client Experience. Develop and champion a robust behavioral change methodology to drive the shift from task-based to project-based ways of working globally.
  • Drive Insight Generation & Collaboration: Collaborate closely with dedicated researchers to leverage insights from behavioral research (experiments, field studies, qualitative analysis) to deeply understand motivations and barriers to change. Translate complex behavioral insights into clear, actionable design recommendations for product features, communication strategies, and organizational processes.
  • Foster Cross-Functional Integration & Mentorship: Collaborate closely with Service Designers to seamlessly embed behavioral insights into service flows, ensuring behaviorally informed and intuitive employee journeys. Partner with Instructional Designers to optimize learning outcomes by applying behavioral principles to micro-learnings and just-in-time content, driving rapid upskilling and platform fluency for AI ways of working. Mentor and provide strategic guidance to Senior Behavioral Designers.
  • Measure Impact & Ensure Ethical Practice: Champion ethical behavioral design practices, ensuring transparency and integrity in all interventions. Present compelling behavioral insights and design recommendations to diverse internal stakeholders, demonstrating how interventions drive measurable impact on platform adoption and new ways of working. Contribute to defining and tracking KPIs related to mindset shifts, new ways of working, and cultural alignment.

What you’ll need:

  • Progressive experience in Behavioral Science/Design, with a proven track record of leading initiatives in large-scale organizational change, internal product adoption, or enterprise-level behavioral transformation.
  • Extensive experience designing and analyzing behavioral interventions and experiments, field studies, and in-depth qualitative analysis to deeply understand employee motivations and barriers to change.
  • Deep expertise in behavioral economics, cognitive psychology, social psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills, capable of interpreting complex behavioral data and deriving actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication, persuasion, and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence behavior through strategic design and compelling insights.
  • Proven ability to translate complex behavioral theories into actionable design solutions that drive measurable mindset shifts and behavior change, specifically for AI ways of working, Agentic E2E vision, and enhancing Employee/Client Experience.
