Brief Description
シニア デジタルメディアプランナーとして、クライアントのビジネス課題に対応するデジタルメディア戦略およびプランの策定を担当。デジタルメディアオペレーション担当と連携し、キャンペーンの実施とパフォーマンス管理を統括。チームのシニアメンバーとして、アカウントビジネスリードと共に複数のアカウントを共同管理し、デジタルメディア専用アカウントを単独で担当する。

Key Responsibilities
- クライアントの課題に基づくデジタルメディア戦略およびキャンペーンプランの策定・提案・承認取得
- クライアント担当者および社内アカウントチームとの連携・調整
- メディアパブリッシャーとの交渉
- 革新的なデジタルメディアソリューションの提案
- キャンペーンの実施(広告運用チームとの協働)、最適化、レポーティング
- 新規ビジネスピッチへの参加
- メディアプランニングディレクターのビジネス開発支援
Qualifications and Requirements
- デジタルメディア関連業務の経験
- 広告、広報・コミュニケーション、マーケティング等の関連分野での経験
- 日本のデジタルメディア市場に関する知識、メディアツールの使用経験
- MS Office(Excel、PowerPoint)スキル
- 分析力・数値処理能力
- クライアント対応スキル
- 複数プロジェクト・アカウントを管理するプロジェクトマネジメント能力
- 自律的に業務を遂行できる方
- チームプレイヤーであり、プレッシャー下でも対応可能な方
- パフォーマンスメディアやプログラマティックメディアのプランニング経験があれば尚可
- 日本語必須、英語力(読み書き・会話)があれば尚可
