With a history in financial services going back over 150 years to entities established in 1844 and 1923, we received the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award in 2001. In 2024, we sharpened our focus to serve only the financial services industry.

We work with financial institutions of all sizes, including mid-size, national, and regional banks, and credit unions. About 62% of US commercial banks and credit unions use our services. We run over 5,000 campaigns for financial institutions each year, help generate over $5 billion in acquisition account balances annually, and invest more than $10 million in compliance efforts each year.
